I. Equipment Description
Uses
It is used for the automatic pretreatment of the surface of metal, plastic and other workpieces (such as degreasing, rust removal, phosphating, passivation, etc.), and achieves efficient cleaning and coating pretreatment through spray method.
How it works
The parameters such as spray pressure, temperature and time are controlled by PLC or industrial computer, and the workpieces are processed in multiple stages (such as pre-cleaning, main spray, rinsing, drying, etc.) according to the preset program.

2. Process Flow chart
Feeding → Pre-degreasing spray → degreasing spray → Water washing 1 → Surface adjustment → Phosphating → Water washing 2 → Pure water washing → Drying → Discharging

Sprinkler system
Nozzle : fan-shaped/conical stainless steel nozzle for different angles and flow requirements.
Spray pipe : Corrosion-resistant PVC/ stainless steel pipe with pressure sensor and regulating valve.
High pressure pump : Magnetic drive pump or centrifugal pump, providing stable spray pressure (0.2-0.6MPa).
Conveying system
Conveyor chain : Acid and alkali resistant chain or mesh belt, adjustable speed (0.5-5m/min).
Rotating mechanism : Optional workpiece self-rotation device to ensure no dead corners in the spray.
Tank structure
Main treatment tank : PP/ fiberglass reinforced plastic, zoned design (pre-degreasing, degreasing, water washing, etc.).
Storage tank : Double-layer insulated structure with liquid level sensor and automatic liquid replenishment function.
Filtration circulation system
Multi-stage filter : Bag filter (coarse filter) + cartridge filter (precision ≤25μm).
Circulating pump : Corrosion-resistant vertical pump, supporting 24-hour circulating filtration of bath solution.
Heating and temperature control
Heating method : Steam heat exchanger/electric heating tube, PID temperature control accuracy ±2℃.
Temperature control module : PT100 temperature sensor + intelligent temperature controller.
Intelligent control system
Main control unit : PLC (e.g. Siemens S7-1200) + touch screen human-machine interface (HMI).
Sensors : Flowmeters, pH meters, conductivity meters monitor process parameters in real time.
